Terms and Conditions for Luggage Storage and Transfer
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by EzHantar ("we," "our," or "us") for luggage storage and transfer. By using our services, you ("customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before booking or using our services.
1. Services Provided
We offer luggage storage and transfer services, which include:

Storing luggage temporarily at designated locations.

These services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
2. Customer Obligations

Booking: You must book our services in advance using our online platform or via a customer representative. All bookings must be made at least [time frame] before the required service date.

There must be a hotel reception / concierge or customer to hand in the luggage to our EzHantar staff.

Identification: You must provide valid identification and any necessary details to complete the booking process.

Luggage Contents: You must only store items that are lawful and non-hazardous. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, weapons, illegal substances, perishable goods, and items of significant value (e.g., cash, jewelry, or electronics).

Luggage Packaging: You are responsible for ensuring that your luggage is securely packed to prevent damage during storage or transfer.
3. Luggage Storage

Duration: Luggage will be stored for the duration agreed upon during booking. We may charge additional fees for storage beyond the agreed period.

Access to Luggage: You may access your stored luggage during business hours, subject to availability. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for retrieving your luggage.

Liability: EzHantar will not be responsible for any loss or damage to items before or after storage or transfer. You are encouraged to inspect your luggage upon retrieval.
4. Luggage Transfer

Delivery: Luggage transfer will be made to the specified location within the agreed time frame. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, or other events beyond our control).

Recipient Verification: The recipient of transferred luggage must provide proper identification and confirmation upon delivery. If the recipient is unavailable or cannot provide proof of identity, we reserve the right to hold the luggage until proper identification is provided.

Transfer Delay: If the recipient is unavailable or unable to accept the delivery, we will store the luggage at an additional cost.
5. Insurance Coverage

Optional Insurance: For an additional charge of RM10.00, you may opt for insurance coverage. This insurance will cover a maximum of RM500.00 per bill for loss or damage to the stored or transferred luggage.

Scope of Coverage: The RM500.00 coverage is subject to the terms of the policy and is limited to loss or damage caused directly by the negligence of EzHantar. Items such as electronics, cash, or other high-value items are excluded from this coverage.

Claim Process: In the event of a claim, you must notify us within [1hour] of the incident. We will require supporting documentation to process any claims, including proof of value and damage or loss.
6. Fees and Payment

Payment: Full payment for storage, transfer services, and any applicable insurance must be made at the time of booking or as per the terms agreed. Payment can be made using the accepted methods specified on our platform.

Additional Charges: You agree to pay any additional fees for storage extensions, special handling requests, or transfer delays. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations or service changes may be provided in accordance with our cancellation policy (outlined below).
7. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made [1] hours in advance of the scheduled storage or transfer to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Changes: Changes to the booking, such as changes in delivery times or locations, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
8. Limitation of Liability

EzHantar will not be responsible for any loss or damage to luggage before or after storage or transfer, unless caused by our negligence.

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business, property damage, or emotional distress.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided, and insurance coverage is capped at RM500.00 per bill.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failures to perform our services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EzHantar, its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from your use of our services, including any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Body].

4. 行李转运

收件人验证:收件人在交付时必须提供有效身份证明。如果收件人无法提供身份证明或不在场,我们保留在提供适当身份证明后暂时保管行李的权利。

转运延迟:如果收件人无法接受转运的行李,我们将按额外费用存储行李。
5. 保险覆盖

可选保险:您可以选择支付RM10.00的额外费用,以购买保险。此保险将覆盖每个账单最多RM500.00的丢失或损坏赔偿。

覆盖范围:RM500.00的保险仅适用于EzHantar的过失造成的丢失或损坏。现金、电子产品及其他高价值物品不在保险范围内。

8. 责任限制

9. 不可抗力
对于因我们无法控制的因素(如自然灾害、罢工或政府规定)导致的延误、取消或无法履行服务的情况,我们不承担责任。
10. 赔偿条款
您同意赔偿、保护并使EzHantar、其附属公司、员工及代理商免受因您使用我们的服务而产生的任何索赔、责任、损害或费用,包括任何违反这些条款和条件的情况。
11. 隐私与数据保护
我们将根据我们的隐私政策处理您的个人信息。通过使用我们的服务,您同意按照隐私政策所述的方式收集、使用和处理您的个人数据。
12. 适用法律与争议解决
